MTN, No retention assistance.

I ahve been on the phone trying to get hold of the retention department. Been listening to a tune for a over an hour, and no joy. I have contacted nTN and asked tgem of there is anyone in. The retention department, to ehich they confirm there are. They have patched me through, and the vest is yhe peoole assisting states that the retention department will contact me to cancel my contract. So, ghey see on the system that my contract will br cancelled, therefore they do not pick up. Mtn, pleas note I am canceling my contraxt. I have paid my last account.
