MTN - No Response From Retensions for 3 Weeks
I phoned MTN Call Centre 3 weeks ago requesting a copy of my contract and the settlement amount and I was promised to have it in 48 hours. It has been 3 weeks!!<br> <br> This is an absolute disgrace. <br> <br> I would like this matter sorted out as soon as possible. <br>
