MTN no response customer service

I am waiting for a refund on my Mtn contract *** for 2 mnths now. I paid up contract as we're in Poland currently and amount given to me was too much. This resulted in my acc being in a credit balance. Secondly MTN has threatened to cut my nr despite the fact that I was not told.... That they do not t have a roaming agreement with Poland.... But my husband is roaming on smss on Orange in Poland Numerous emails sent no response after very unprofessional help from their side it was like they did not know what they are doing. First roaming was reloaded I must reboot. Then again.. Then no roaming agreement after I initially said I'm in Poland. This is horrible that my husband's roaming also mtn but me not. And not to talk about outstanding CT and the loss of a Cell nr you've had for years... And before that another mtn nr when they started 1996........ Surely they can do something for me to keep the nr they are just bluntly ignoring my pleas......
