MTN - NO REPLY TO MAILS, NO ASSISTANCE.

I have been struggling with MTN for over a year now, what bad service is this? I had a contract with them, they didn't debit me but I then paid them myself and emailed proof and they went on and deactivated my number. Now i have been trying to get them to assist for over a year now (sending emails with no luck of being answered). Can somebody assist? OR will this just continue and be left, I even went to Menlyn thinking I would be assisted if i went in person, but no it was just as bad. This is very frustrating and I really don't know how to go about it anymore to fix my issue. Like a said, it's over a year now. If anybody knows how I can go about it PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH THE INFORMATION.
