mtn no refunds or returns

i signed up at Vox for a LTE data package and they operate through mtn. i thought my lte router would work and it did for about two hours then mtn switched me off this was advised by vox support i then went out to mtn west coast mall and purchased a router told the lady that i am through vox and wanted a router to move around with so she sold me one for R499 which i battled to get going but eventually about 8pm the evening i was live this was great . 2 hours later BOOM of goes my data. so i call vox support and they tell me mtn has again switched me off. i then get told that this is a fixed LTE and this router will also not work. so off to mtn again to either exchange ofr another or my money back this is within 24hours. guess what they refuse to take it back as it is not faulty. also because manager is not there and i must come back the following day. so the next day this is thursday another 60 kms i get to mtn and speak to manageress Carmia she is totally adament i cannot return it as package is opened. and nothing she can do as this is company policy. so i must be the loser of R499.00 as i have now cancelled Vox and sit with a mtn lte router. I see that mtn does not even answer their complaints so mtn you will never get anything from me ever again. and anyone ask for referral guess what not to you. O to add no signs in shop to say no returns either.
