MTN no people just chatbots

I am trying to do an upgrade. I cannot get approval nor can I get to an agent to talk to only a chatbot. If something is wrong on my application why can ut not be shared and why is it do difficult to actually speak to a real human bring with some knowledge. Kudos to the agency trying to help me as they really tried. MTN you should really have people to help people and not AI or chatbots. Get up to standard really. Ice geen a customer gir 35 years
