MTN - No network service in Kenleaf and no interest

I tried to cancel my MTN contract twice now and do not want to renew it just to find the contract is still active and they still do monthly debit orders. I have no MTN reception in my area because there is something wrong with the towers. I have been on the phone now for nearly 2 hours to get some one to check the towers but the phone call gets dropped every time!

As a healhcare worker I rely on a proper working phone line!
