MTN no network problems almost every day!!!

Worse service ever!!! No network during load shedding and now its even becoming a daily normal thing whether its load shedding or not. I have mailed the coverage department and made phone calls for them to sort the issue but no response from them. You wait almost an hour on the phone just to get through to the cancellations department. I hate MTN and I wish I never joined them in the first place. I wil definitely have to consult my lawyer on this as MTN are taking advantage of their customers by letting them pay a full amount for a contract each month that they cant even stick to. My contract states I must get a full service from MTN but they give me a half a service. Their excuse is that their batteries cant charge enough due to load shedding issues but yet we havent had load shedding for the past week and I am still experiencing "no network" issues. And im not the only 1. Yet other networks works perfectly during load shedding or not. Again, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
