MTN no longer worth it

I personally have had an account for 20 years with MTN, as well as majority of my family members. I have never had major issues with them but owt the last two years small issues have arisen, but this year and the last three months I’ve been the worst experience of my life and I am literally at the point of ending any and all contracts and no longer doing business with MTN anymore. I have had the worst customer service, repeated billing issues and the list goes on.
