MTN - No longer worth it

After holding on the phone for 4 minutes, on my first call I was told to send an email in order for them to remove a blacklisting. After the third call and waiting for approx 1 hour, I have been now told I need to take the phone into an MTN outlet to have the blacklisting removed. I have been with MTN for 24 years. Their service is no longer helpful. I would expect some kind of preference as my contract is so longstanding. Definitely time to change.
