MTN no longer cares about their customers...

I have a problem with MTN app and xtratime it's been a month now and I called MTN service champion and I also.emailed customer care several times with a promise that they will get back to me with a solution Wich is not happening. Today the 25th October 2021 10 minutes ago I spoke to one of MTN service champion about the matters and he said he refresh my line I must switch offy phone for 5 minutes everything will be back to normal but I'm still experiencing the same problems.
