MTN no living creature available to help.

Even after exhausting all available options online or on App, I was unable to speak with an agent. There is no MTN phone option for my problem. I only need to convert airtime to voice minutes. I bought R 400 airtime. It is available. Cant convert to voice minutes. So frustrating! No one to talk to.
