MTN - no laptop stock...again!
Once again I have tried to upgrade my contract to one of the laptop deals advertised in the latest MTN brochure and once again I have been told that there isn't any stock. In the entire country! How is this possible? How can MTN advertise a product that they simply never have?? I know that neither Vodacom or Cell C don't have this issue. I have been a loyal MTN contract customer for over 6 years now and frankly am appalled by this unprofessionalism, incompetence and sheer lack of service delivery.
I do not need a new phone and would like and expect to upgrade to the deal, as advertised.

09 Jun 2018, 07:12Still no response or follow up. Your level of service delivery is shocking! If I performed this poorly at work, I'd have been fired! Responding to a complaint without any follow through is worse than not responding at all.
