MTN No Joy

I posted a complaint about MTN service sometime ago. The issue with SIM Swap. I did receive a email stating I should follow the instructions when dialing 135 or speak with an operator. I can tell you that you can not get hold of an operator when calling. 135. I have asked them via email to please give me a number to call where i can talk to someone and explain my predicament. Todate no response.
