MTN No internet access

We dont have internet access in our area , my landlord has called som many times to your network department with a thousand reference number atill this doesnt get resolved , am working from home and i cannot move because of internet access in the area ,this is such an inconvinience , the area Inanda Glebe doesnt proper signal , on weekends i cant work i struggle alot , when theres load.shedding or power outage it takes hours for the network to come back and the internet in this area is **** ,can we please please get this issue sortes once and for all !!!!!
