MTN no integrity.

We took out a 50g data contract on 4 April 2019 at Hartbee****rt branch. on the 6th we received the sim and router.
To our dissapointment the contract was loaded but up to now no data is available.
How is this possible??????
Mtn is a company with no integrity... Bad service. No one can help you at MTN.
