Mtn no help at all and agents are rude seems they trained to be rude.

I've been phoning this whole week to cancel my contract with Mtn only to find that with every call I hold on for 30min and try again to put me through to the retention centre to cancel my contract. They so quick to help you open a contract with them but cant assist to closing your contract when wanting to do so. I really need help to close that contract I can't afford to pay this contract for another two years I need help or I'm taking further steps with Mtn.
