MTN No data Coverage

I have 20 gig of data which I can't use on mtn. The mobile data signal is not working. I can make and receive calls but data connection is not working.

Its 8 days now and mtn is unable to assist. I've been to mtn store and the Technician there said he didn't know what was wrong. I have a reference number and told that Engineers will look at the issue. I need to work from home and am unable to. No one has contacted me from mtn. I have to call them daily. Been with this service provider for more than 10 years and soooooo disappointed by their bad customer experience.
