Mtn no customers service

Made 10 calls th call centre ee my prepaid sim not getting registered network in UK. Could not find one option to cover this and not 1 option to speak to someone. Yes 10 calls going through the whole menu. Chatbox has a technical issue! Useless ! Vodacom far superior service centre. This is the 2nd time in two.months.
