MTN no customer service & no response to emails requesting assistance.

I’ve been an MTN customer for over 10 years & am now also experiencing incorrect billing & not getting assistance to correct it. Also not receiving statements by email anymore. It’s amazing though that all promotions still come through to my email 🤷♀️
