MTN NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Stay away. I took a month to month router. Returned the router and still batteling to get my money back which they ilegally debited off my account. Always excuses and i must run up and down getting this reference number and documents to get my money back. I am sick and tired of the useless customer service. The back office is just as useless. Make false promises. I will be canceling my contracts one by one when they come up for renewal. I have never ever received this type of useless service in my life. High end paying jobs with un experienced people. It is abot time the CEO get up off his **** and sees how his customers get treated
