MTN - No customer service AT ALL!!!

This is the WORST cellphone provider! I made an error on my atm payment's reference. Have send in the proof of payment time after time, but they keep suspending my account. Reference after reference, to no avail. I went to an MTN Store in Rustenburg yesterday, received an sms that my query has been escalated, only to receive another message this morning that my account will be suspended (again) if I do not make a payment.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE MTN!!!! I use my phone daily for work and cannot have it suspended, due to work information being sent to it .

As soon as my contract expires, I will not renew it and WILL move to another provider, that actually knows how to handle queries.
