MTN - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been with MTN for over 10 years & once again the service received was atrocious! I had to have my phone's screen replaced, so I travelled 100km to the nearest branch - MTN MIDDELBURG (in the Middelburg Mall). I handed my phone in on the 21st September 2020 - no one called me to give me feedback. I had to call 6 times to follow up! When the screen was replaced I arranged with SSS celluar to have the phone delivered to my office, as I did not want to drive 100km again to collect in Middelburg. Unfortunately for me it was delivered to MTN Middelburg & I had to collect from them. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at MTN Middelburg & even though I am more then dissappointed, nothing will change.
