MTN - No Customer Service!

MTN incorrectly debited my account. I have been trying to get this resolved since 18/03/2020 (More than a month). Every time I call through, I get told that the advisor cannot assist and will get their supervisor to call me back. 10+ calls later, not a single person has called me back from MTN. Where is the customer service?
