MTN no customer service

<p>My account has been billed incorrectly since May this year. They can't give me suitable information as to why Im getting overcharged on my contract amount. This has happened before in 2015 where I load airtime or data from my internet banking and MTN also charged me. They ended up refunding me. This time around no one can give me information but they are quick to suspend my account. I will not renew my contract with MTN again.</p>
