Mtn - No customer service

I've had no assistance with regards to cancelling my cell phone contract. I called on 25 November and was told that they are not doing cancellations at present and will call me back on 05 December. To date no one has called me and there is no record on the system of my telephone call. I've made several attempts to call them but to no avail. People please beware of these ******** trying to ***** your hard earned money. They are quick to set up contracts but that's as far as it goes. Is there is someone who can call me back?
