MTN NO COVERAGE SINCE 23RD DEC

As usual in Ngodwana there is no Mtn reception it has been off since the last 23rd December this is totally unacceptable a Mtn contract line is worth nothing as it is never on and I know the response will be to log it with the technical department when in the meanwhile you are aware the service is off as there is no way in today's world you wouldn't know, I am fed up of purchasing overpriced data bundles that can not be used as you are never online, I am actually posting this through Cell C data, as soon as I can I will be canceling all of my contracts and porting to vodacom or cell c as they actually work and have covarage consistently, so your problemem is here that you either have *********** people maintaining the transmitter or it is in such a delapadated condition it can't function when there is any rain or bad weather because it's consistently off. I purchase data on one of my contract lines, and get free promotional data to use in the specified amount of days then you are offline, this service is no good.
