Mtn no coverage/ no resolve

This seems to be the only portal to post to get a reaction out of MTN SA.

I live in Porterville, wc and for 3 months now your network has been failing in this area, the WhatsApp group chats are full of complaints, as no one on MTN can: Make or receive calls Send or receive texts Can’t access MTN data. I personally have emailed your complaints dept, completed coverage questioners etc. Along with many others that live here, So here is the deal: fix your coverage or let me cancel my contract x 3. I’m pretty sure lack of any kind of service on your part is breech of contract. Latest feedback on the community group was that you are aware of the issue but not willing to spend the money to keep so few customers happy. That’s fine then, let me out of my contract.
