Mtn no costumer service

I already have a contract with mtn and wanted another I app**** for the x9a deal 2 for 1 phone deal. It was about 15min later I was approved and received the notification that they are out of stock. This was on the 15th of Dec 2023 the email stated that they will be in touch in 48 hours it was 24 hours the lady phoned me she said she still does not have stock and will let me know when stock is available. After many attempts no one could assist me I went to mtn stores and rep**** approved again only for them to phone me and tell me no stock you will have to choose something else. I do not want something else I want the deal I was approved for. No one can assist or they don't want to after countless emails call and Co. Plaint still nothing even after I sent proof of what's happening how is this acceptable from a service provider
