MTN - No Contract

So this lady calls me to provide me with a month-on-month offer, that I can cancel anytime. Three contracts. I take up the offer.

Few month later I realise that two of the numbers have the same benefits BUT different prices. I call to get the issue fixed.

Guess what? This isn't month on month. It's an 18 month contract, and the CANNOT fix mid-contract.

I don't have any contract that I was email or anything. So I ask for two things (1) The contract that was sent to be (2) voice recording for the call where I signed up.

Guess what??? He can't provide those. Another consultant will help me. It takes 24 hours blah blah blah.

I have used MTN for years, but I must say I am both shocked and disappointed.
