Mtn - no consultants in 135

When calling 135, there is no option to speak to a consultant. When pressing 0 it says that the option is invalid even trying from other phone numbers. Somehow I got through to someone but have no clue how. And yet again I cannot speak to anyone. This is very frustrating.
