MTN - NO COMMUNICATION

Today marks just over a month that I'm waiting for my delivery and NO ONE seems to know what is going on with my upgrade delivery.

2 weeks ago i was told that a manual override was requested and it would take 7 working days. There has been 3-5 attempts of delivery and the biometric system does not work or register!!

Yesterday I was told it was cancelled due to your biometric system not working. TODAY there is a delivery attempt with no manual override.

I've been given so many numbers to call and absolutely everyone says it's not their department!!!!
