MTN - no answer - calls get cut off

cell phone gets suspended but MTN does not send the invoice for payment?? I cannot get to speak to an actual human being to sort the problem out... they only have voice prompts and when you speak to someone you get transferred but no one answers - the call eventually gets cut off. What more must I do?
