Mtn: no accountability for its role in third party agreements.

I would like to bring to your attention that your institution does not take accountability for its third party relationships, you let Mondo promote your products and once these contracts are recalled without explanation you don't even take responsibility in refunding the client's money, I don't have a contract with you but you keep my funds like the funds belong to you, the biggest frustration is that your well established company can have dealings with Mondo a bunch of untrained, unproffessional individuals who bounce complaints between yourself and themselves, with no clear communication, I have had 20 interactions with Mondo staff with no success, and three with yours the last of which was able to pick up a credit and forwarded the complaints, ***, I would like you to expedite my refund so that I may have no future dealings with you. Give my money back it is not yours, no device was delivered and no service was rendered towards me, all I have gained from your partnership with Mondo is frustration.
