Hi,
I wish to complain about the service I received from the MTN shop at Hillcrest.
· The salesperson was chewing bubble gum during my interaction with him, very unprofessional · The introduction from him was nil, not good morning, how are you, please take a seat etc. · He spoke softly and mumbled despite me asking him to talk louder, when talking to me he kept his head to the left thus avoiding eye contact. · He slouched in his chair · He kept on telling me what I needed instead of listening to me and telling him what I needed · The process for my purchase took far too long · I find it difficult to understand why I could not get my SIM card immediately. I must make a second visit to collect the SIM. I have an existing account with MTN. I feel that the SIM could have been given to me and only activated after authorisation is obtained. · The salesperson said the sim would be at the shop the next day. · I did not receive any communication from the shop and eventually visited it to day Monday 15 Dec. 25 · Atmosphere in the shop is blasé. I had to wait for my contract to be printed, however, the system was so slow that I agreed to receive it via email. · What a poor show……will move to another provider when contracts expire.
