MTN - Nightmare to cancel a contract

Nightmare to cancel a contract Even though I have transferred to a new contract - 2 months later I am still being billed for the old one. Numerous phone calls of over an hour long, and email confirmations from MTN confirming the cancellation, I am still being billed R750 per month for internet that is no longer in use
