MTN NIGHTMARE

Really shocking the service MTN offers, app**** for a phone contract recieved the phone but sim is rica blocked so does not work and MTN just can't fix it so now I have a contract tht they bill me for but its not active...also they decided they will add another contract to my name one I didn't apply for and gave no consent for it to be debited of my bank account they refuse to give me the transcripts of my recorded phone calls to them. Customer care is useless have phoned them numerous times...Really regret having anything to do with MTN!
