MTN NIGHTMARE!!!!!

I ordered a prepaid month to month data sim on the 04th of November 2024, it was delivered by DSV on the 8th of November and RICA'd accordingly. I have been back and forth with the MTN store and call center trying to understand why the data that comes with this Boza gig has not been preloaded on this sim. Everyday i am sent from one department to the other, call center staff gives different advices even cancelling this contract is a nightmare because apparently prepaid, contracts and business-EBU, do not deal with this package. The month is ending and MTN will deduct my account when I haven't even received the first benefit or direction. I am now sitting with 2 reference numbers (SMC and REQ) and I am still not getting any well-rounded assistance, sent from consultant to consultant. Still no data but I have been deducted. Looks like porting to MTN is not a great idea.
