MTN Nightmare Continues

This is my third complaint, to the business. I logged a complaint last month and still today I haven't received my IRP5 form. HR and Payroll has failed me, no one is attending my complaint. I am an ex employee, my details are still on the system, this shouldn't be hard to trace my info. Other service providers such as Alexandra Forbes, where able to send my documents within 2days. Pinky Bala the head of HR is not assisting neither is she communicating with me regarding the progress of my request, if I don't get my documents within the next 48hrs am taking legal actions. Such a bunch of *********** staff, Pat Mamane promised to call but never did, Payroll never responded to my emails. This is the worst service ever
