MTN Nightmare

MTN Greenstone has failed me for over 2 years! I took two contracts and from start the consultant who assisted me made errors on my contacts. One phone was not receiving data and airtime for the whole 2years of the contract until Sindisiwe from MTN complaints department assisted me with a refund. Now that 2years has lapsed, I went to close off my two contracts and was told that the one phone is 36 months on the system while my physical contract shows 24 month! I'm giving this review because I'm tired of following up, I'm tired of everything to do with MTN Greenstone especially. You guys don't have customer care at all, my account is still being debited for a phone I'm supposed to be done paying for. I've been patient with you guys for the longest of time but I've had enough.
