MTN NIGHTMARE

phone sales of mtn rewards told me i can get lte wifi for my home, i told the sales person that in my area we don't have signal for lte, she sed that it was tested in my area and it will work 100%, and that there is a cooling of period of 10days, so the delivery took 4 days and activation 2days, i return the unit on the 13th day minus the 6days that the unit was not online, i was send from mtn shop to shop no one want to take the product back, i end up at menlyne mnt where the consultant booked in the unit but inform me that it will be billed on my account and if i don't pay they will put me on itc, so they added the lte on my account so i payed the amount including the lte cost on the 23 April 2023 and till now my account (all) are block. after numerase calls and proof of payments send to 4 different consultants the account are still blocked. don't buy any products from this company it will make your life a living nightmare.
