MTN Nightmare

I have never experience such bad service like this. Its a month now. This is my second complaint and I still haven't been assisted. I have been calling regarding my IRP5 form. I sent Pinky Bela an email last week and till today, she hasn't responded. When I call I get placed on hold for 20minutes then get disconnected. This has been happening for the past weeks.
