Mtn Nightmare
Good day
My name is Nontobeko Mabaso, I was previously employed by Mtn. In 2013 I resigned. For the past 2weeks I have been calling the head office, requesting my IRP5 form to be sent to me. No one has assisted me, instead am transferred to differently departments, I have spoke to 4 different people, who promise to call me back but none of them have. Am so disappointed at the service that am receiving, and the *********** staff. When I call to do a follow up, am placed on hold for 20minutes then I get disconnected.

27 Mar 2019, 20:50This is ridiculous, its been 3weeks now and still no feedback. I have spoken to Pat Maname who claimed to have escalated my query, and promised to call me back but she never did. What infuriates me the most is that I asked other service providers such as Alexandra Forbes and they where able to send me my documents, within 2days but with MTN is been 3weeks with no luck. I don't understand why it's so hard for my IRP5 to be sent to me, as I was previously employed by the company, my details are still on the ****** system. This has been a nightmare, this is the worst service ever with *********** staff, who don't do their work. Such poor service
