MTN - NIGHTMARE

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but my recent experiences with MTN have been nothing short of a nightmare. Every time I call customer support, I face endless wait times and scripted responses that don’t address my concerns. Billing issues are rampant, and despite multiple attempts to get them resolved, nothing seems to change. It feels like MTN is more interested in collecting fees than providing a quality service. I expected better, and I can’t recommend MTN to anyone looking for a dependable network.
