MTN ***** NIGHTMARE

Someone opened a second line on a MTN contact without permission or knowledge of the owner of the contract. When the debit order on the account was taken and the amount was astronomical we contacted MTN and was informed of the *****. We send through an affidavit and relevant documentation to the ***** department. After various visits to the MTN shop and numerous phonecalls to MTN the phone keeps on being blocked. We are not getting anywhere to rectify this problem. The contract belongs to an elderly person and we cannot afford for them to sit without any means of contact.
