Mtn night express fail
I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years now and am appauled by the level of service received, pass the buck.. Snotty and ******** replies.
I queried my data usage as it was being depleted quicker than normal. I use the night express to do the updates as required and very seldom use half of it. I normally do my updates at 5am when I wake up.
I was told that night express is only from 12am to 5am! And that is why my day time data is finnished!
When did this change! Night express to my knowledge finnished at 6am! ***! It even says it on the website!
As usual, nothing has been done to correct this.
I wonder how many people are being ****med by this fales advertising. I just can't wait to cancel this contract.
