MTN Night express data not working

I have been a client of MTN for well over25 years. This means nothing to them!! My night time express data bundle does not kick in. It only uses my normal day to day data. I have reported it teleponicaly and via email a week ago. Still no response or credit in data. This has been happening for some time, yet this is the first time I tracked it. Every month I run out of data, then I have to but. It is unnecessary. MTN *****ing from their own clients!! I want a response. I want data back. I want other clients to know what is happening!!
