MTN Nighmare
I tried to get a new contract with MTN only to find out that they decided last year to hand over my account to their legal department even though I had fully paid the contract and cancelled it on time. I call and they say that they see it is paid up but they will send an inquiry to that department and I have to wait 7 working days. I am confused as to how do you handover someone's account to legal when they don't owe you anything and to top it off they don't send me any letter that says my account was handed over to the legal department.
