MTN NIcolway service is very disappointing

MTN Nicolway never seems to amaze me with how they treat customers and thinking they are doing us a favour for being MTN i am not sorry to say this Nthabiseng my sister you have really disappointed me with sim swap thats so easy to do i did everything that you told me to do but yet you behave as if you have never tried helping me out and whats shocking the branch always hides the Manager on duty when he is wanted by the pathetic staff that dont know what does CUSTOMER SERVICE mean @ MTN if you employ please make sure they know what does customer service mean and how it should be.Last week thursday a couple was sent to the store to be assisted and the way MTN Nicolway branch is you would swear they just spitting us for actually choosing MTN as our Provider And now i must wait for the store to have sim cards so i can do a sim swap i have no words for this branch i hope other branches do give proper good service cause MTN Nicolway i clap once for your service shame ..You know in the same complex there is TELKOM and the way they treat anyone that walks in there they make you feel you are so valued even with how they assist they go an extra mile to help but as for MTN ya ne never will MTN ever be a Network bozza i am Totally disappointed with a network provider that i have been with since my high school days
