MTN ni stock can't re order, waiting time indefinitely.

I had a really bad experience at MTN store Walmer Park, Gqeberha. Tried to take out a contract from their current business catalogue. I also added a tablet. The tablet still didn't arrive two weeks later. MTN please reach out to me, the sales team say there is nothing they can do. They say I should wait indefinitely?
